Client Information
This client is completely colour blind, and is not able to reliably know what the colour of different things are.  They would like to not have to rely on a sighted friend to tell them colours of things. There are many apps that exist that can detect colours, however they all have trouble with very light and very dark colours. They also either use obscure colour names, or don’t give enough detail about the colour.

Your task is to design a system (app, device or other) to accurately and reliably detect the colour of different objects. It should be easy to use and not require another person for confirmation. It should give a description of the colour without relying on obscure colour names.
Past attempts
Some other teams have worked on the project during the MakerCon 2023 event but did not have the chance to fully complete their tasks due to time constraints. https://hack-the-hill.devpost.com/submissions/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&prize_filter%5Bprizes%5D%5B%5D=64488
