The Algonquins of Pikwakanagan Guardian Program is a group of environmental surveyors that incorporates both traditional Algonquin knowledge and modern science in collecting information on the Ontario ecosystems. 

There is a need for an environmentally sustainable building that contains a lab space, an office area, a board room, a pickup truck parking area, and a drying space for plants, allowing for at least 20 employees to work freely.  There also must be indoor and outdoor public spaces allowing for community gatherings.
