The client is the father of a 7-year-old girl with arthrogryposis. This condition is characterized by the stiffness of joints which limits the range of motion and can make mobility difficult. The user recently had a surgery which makes reaching and grabbing the seat belt possible but buckling and unbuckling the seat belt remain a great challenge to her. The client needs a seat belt guide that assists with fastening and unfastening of the seat belt independently.
