DESCRIPTION
Zafin is a banking software company with clients that include banks like TD and CIBC. Zafin tasked our class with creating a new loyalty rewards program. They want a product that they can sell to their clients, and be done with it. They want to be "hands-off" as soon as the client buys the product.
Our product, the Zafin Ecosystem, is a way to connect the loyalty rewards program of every business and bank that wants to join. The Zafin Ecosystem allows banks to establish an exchange rate between their point system and another. This way, anyone earning points with one rewards program isn't confined to the rewards of just that loyalty software.
