Jason's Moving is an innovative mobile application we developed to address the operational inefficiencies of Jason’s Moving Company. The app simplifies the moving process for both customers and administrators, offering seamless job scheduling, real-time updates via SMS and email, cost estimation, and accurate uploading of items to ensure transparency and convenience for customers. 
For administrators, it provides a centralized portal for real-time staff tracking, efficient task assignment based on employee availability, and automated notifications to ensure smooth communication with both employees and customers. 
Our project reflects extensive research, thoughtful design, and iterative development, incorporating user feedback to enhance functionality and deliver an exceptional user experience. This project was developed as part of the GNG internship course under the guidance of Professor Gita Ghiasi at the University of Ottawa.
