 Our client is a Tourette Syndrome patient who suffers from bodily injuries due to involuntary movements of their hands. The current solution of boxing/MMA gloves prevents the client from suffering hand injuries, dislocation of knuckles, and burn, however, it is inconvenient for everyday use as the fingers are partly bounded and the gloves are too bulky. The goal of our project is to create a lightweight breathable glove that includes padding for the knuckles to prevent dislocation and burn/cut resistant material for the palm. Furthermore, the fingers will be free to move with the tips exposed to better suit the occupation of our client.
