Just like driving a car, getting around in a wheelchair requires the awareness of objects around us. Patients in wheelchairs currently have no tools to view/detect objects behind them. Furthermore, patient's disability often involve limited head and neck movements, meaning they often have limited to no view of the surroundings beside them. Not only can this make driving in a wheelchair frustrating, it also causes accidents leading to injury.

Clients have expressed interest in having a system that allows them to be aware of their surroundings, and customized to their disability (whether it's vision impairment or neck paralysis). You will be assigned a client and create a system customized to your clients need.
