Project background
When using a wheelchair it is often impossible for users to lean down and pick something up off the ground. It therefore makes it very difficult for anyone in a wheelchair to independently scoop up and collect dog waste for disposal. This action would require a scooper to function while a person is sitting in a wheelchair, a means of effective transfer of the waste to a waste bag, and the means to place/attach both the scooper and the bag to the wheelchair while travelling. Some products exist like this one however they require a good amount of grip strength to activate the mechanism.

Your task is to design a device that will allow a wheelchair user to pick up after their dog without hassle. The overall operation should not require a great deal of arm or hand strength or fine motor skill. It should also be as universal as possible to be able to be used by many different users. It must be easy to use and to store.
