Contexte du projet
This Client currently works from a kitchen table due to limited space in the house. This is not comfortable and does not allow equipment to be setup to support her working comfortably [e.g. monitor, laptop, etc]. and requires a stable, foldable, and wheelchair-accessible workstation. The workstation must accommodate a monitor arm for a larger display and be easy to store when not in use.
An environmental scan of commercially available options has not identified a suitable solution. Portable solutions generally rely on tables that have wheels and this lacks the stability or support to be an effective option. They also often limit space and can not be easily approached by a wheelchair user as the legs or table surface is in the way or limits how close to the surface a person can approach.
Your task is to design and build a customized, foldable, and wheelchair-friendly workstation for individuals with mobility related disabilities, enabling them to work more comfortably and efficiently from home. Here are some requirements to keep in mind:

Your task is to design and build a customized, foldable, and wheelchair-friendly workstation for individuals with mobility related disabilities, enabling them to work more comfortably and efficiently from home. Here are some requirements to keep in mind:
- Stability: The table must be solid and stable to accommodate the needs of someone with cerebral palsy, ensuring safety and usability.
- Foldability: The design must allow the table to be easily folded and stored to conserve space in a small living area. There is no requirement to make it more portable.
- Wheelchair Accessibility: The workstation should be accessible for a wheelchair user, ideally with a half moon shape to allow closer access.
- Monitor Arm Compatibility: It should support attaching a a monitor arm for attaching a larger display, enhancing visibility and accessibility.
- Ease of Use: While the table needs to be set up by an assistant, it should not be overly complicated to assemble or disassemble. It should ideally accommodate the monitor arm remaining attached to the surface if possible.
The successful development of this workstation will not only support the specific individual in question but also has the potential to assist others with similar needs, marking a significant step forward in inclusive design.
