These clients previously had a group of capstone students build a prototype for their Education team. However in order for more thorough testing and user acceptance to be conducted, they would need some updates done to ensure it can be safely hosted and accessed by our administrative staff on our Innovation portal (uodfm.ca). The two main aspects that will be considered for this project are the UX/UI design improvements and the bulk data import feature.

Your task is to add features to the existing prototype to improve it and be able to test it. They must be compatible with the existing system. The UX/UI must be revamped to improve the look and feel by adding logos, updating the branding, etc and making sure it is intuitive to use. The system must also follow web accessibility standards. The new system must also have the ability to bulk import data from old exam database into new tool. Other authentication and security improvements may be required.
