Contexte du projet
For children and adults with grip/strength limitations, using a commercial mechanical gripper becomes very difficult. These commercial versions do have the necessary performance characteristics in regards to reach and positional accuracy and gripping ends to perform most common pick-up tasks but they require the user to pull a trigger and hold it there while they bring the object within their reach. This client is looking for a battery-powered means of pulling the handle of a toy grabber and extend this concept to an adult grabber with the same mechanism. The developed solution would increase the performance for persons with limitations and meet reasonable budget expectations.

Your task is to design a powered system that will use a standard gripper and replace the hand grip requirement and will hold the object for recovery. It must be straightforward and reliable. It must be compatible with a toy grabber for children with a pull mechanism. It must also be lightweight and easy to use. It should be able to be extended for adult grabbers.
