Project background
The justice department in the US released new rules on Web and Mobile accessibility at the end of April. This means each course at Rutgers needs to review their content to make sure it meets the new rules. The Learning Management System (LMS) at Rutgers is Canvas which is similar to Brightspace at uOttawa. They also use a tool called Ally which  is an accessibility advisory tool which integrates with the LMS to improve the accessibility of content for students. It can provide ratings and recommendations to make the content more accessible. This can output a lot of information and make it hard for a prof to know where to start. A lot of information about this process already exists online however there is a need for a condensed and efficient way to convey the guidelines and learn what actions need to be taken.

Your task is to design a software which can analyze Canvas course content and provide priorities and recommendations for where to start (and how) any content modifications for most effective accessibility rating improvement. It must be easy to use and maintain. It must also use the latest accessibility rules. It should ideally be able to scan a Canvas course to analyze the different elements and/or use the Ally outputs. Ideally it would be in the form of a chatBot that can interact with the user and provide information.
