This client has a communications device which can be mounted on the wheelchair. They mainly use it for school work and don't travel with it because it's bulky. It is more accessible then their mobile phone however the phone is what they always have on hand. They try to use 'Hey Google' to make calls, check the time, search the internet, etc however the voice recognition doesn't pick up their voice very well so it's not reliable. 

Your task is to design a system that will easily allow them to use their phone. It must be able to make calls, check the time and set timers, other functionalities are a bonus. This can be approached in many different ways by enabling the phone to better recognize the voice, by enabling them to use a stylus more reliably or by making an app to easily access certain features of the phone. The system must be easy to use independently for the client with little to no maintenance for their support team.
