Project background
This client would like to have more ways of interacting with her dog. She would like to be able to give treats independently whenever she wants.

Your task is to design a device that can dispense dog treats. It must be able to be mounted universally to a wheelchair, put on the floor, etc. The device must be able to be activated in 2 ways: with a switch and by voice. The switch should be big and relatively easy to press and should be able to be mounted anywhere on a wheelchair or on a table. Voice activation should be possible with one word or sound. Ideally any long wires would be avoided or protected so that the dog doesn't chew on them. It must also be easy to refill and clean if necessary. It should have 2 modes to dispense one or a few (3) treats at a time.
