Project background
Because of her limited mobility, it makes getting dressed independently very difficult for this client. She is also a growing child so her needs vary more then average. Dressing trees are typically custom made for people with disabilities depending on their particular abilities and needs. Here are some examples for amputees: https://dukespace.lib.duke.edu/dspace/bitstream/handle/10161/4739/51%20Ryan.pdf?sequence=1

Your task is to design a device which will allow this client to dress independently. It must be extremely modular so that different articles of clothing (shirts, pants, jackets, etc) can be used with it as well as be adjusted vertically to suit her needs as she grows. It should be able to accommodate many types of hooks and be stable so it does not fall over.
