Project background / Contexte du projet
When shopping, many wheelchair users put a bag on their lap to carry their items and have their hands free to push the wheelchair. However while moving the bag can fall off their lap and closes on itself making it tedious to keep playing with the bag to put new things in it.
Your task is to design a piece of clothing or accessory that would attach to a reusable bag to keep it in place while shopping. It can be a shirt, jacket, etc that must be stylish and not have any noticeable hooks or other attachments when not using the bag. It must be able to hold a 20 lbs bag. It must also be washable and extremely durable. It should be able to withstand outdoor conditions (rain, cold, etc). Ideally it could accommodate many different types of bags, depending on user preference.
