Project background
The Period Project is an initiative to offer free environmentally friendly menstrual products to the uOttawa community. Since it's launch in the Fall of 2021, 7 dispensers  have been installed in washrooms around campus. They are currently trialing two different dispenser companies, Aunt Flow and Joni. They have yet to find a dispenser model that is perfect for their needs.

Your task is to design a dispenser with the following features:
  • Very durable
  • Have a way to lock the dispenser but that is easy to open for volunteers to refill
  • Accessibility-friendly
  • A good size that could hold at least 50 pads or tampons
Nice to have:
  • Has a delayed dispense feature to slow down the speed that someone can take multiple products
  • A way the dispenser counts the number of products dispensed
  • A way to adjust the size of the cartridges that hold the products to be able to fit different types and brands of products at different times.
