The client has a chart that is handwritten every day by different caregivers. There are notes on the page as well as a small table filled out by hand, the table is a sticker that is subject to occasional change. Some of this handwriting might also be in cursive. Images of this chart would be taken with a phone camera and the information would need to be kept off the cloud since it is medical data.

Your task is to create a system that is capable of detecting structured and unstructured handwriting and converting the information to a digital structured format for future advanced analysis. It must be able to detect multiple people's handwriting and preferably be able to learn over time. It should be as accurate as possible and should be able to batch process information.
