When wheelchairs come inside after travelling in the snow or slush in the Winter months they track in quite a lot of water and dirt. There exists different types of mats and brushes but typically don't work well for lots of water/slush.

Your task is to design a device that will be able to clean off wheelchair wheels, more specifically for Winter conditions. It should be compatible with electric and manual wheelchairs and be easy to use for people with different levels of mobility. It should also be quick to maintain and store.
