Biking is a leisure activity that many people can participate in without too much trouble, however it does not include a lot of people with disabilities. Biking is an experience that many people in wheelchairs have never been to enjoy.

Some inclusive bikes have been made as tandem bikes to allow an able bodied person to pedal and push the bike for both people. Some are configured to allow people to transfer out of their wheelchair and into a seat on the bike (https://www.cyclinguk.org/article/cycling-guide/inclusive-cycling-wheelchair-tandem-cycle-hire) and others have been a platform for a wheelchair to be secured on (https://fb.watch/dRu0AIoFSV/?fs=e&s=cl). Both require a whole new bike which may not be as convenient as a modular add-on that could be fixed to any existing bike.

Your task is to design an a device that will allow a wheelchair to roll on and be properly secured to it while riding around. It must be an attachment for existing bikes without needing to make permanent modifications to the bike itself. It should be as universal as possible to be used with different types of wheelchairs and different types of bikes.
