Paratranspo allows people with disabilities to be independent while traveling around the city. It does a good job when it comes to regular schedules like 9-5 jobs however for anything else it is unreliable. It requires 24 hours notice to book a trip which means planning them must be done in advance and there is no going back if a reservation is forgotten. Their booking system is also painful to use as it can take up to 3 hours on the phone to reserve a trip. The drivers also do not always see the passengers or get the location mixed up so end up driving past them without picking them up. Your task is to create an accessible application which can quickly fill the online reservation form with predetermined locations. You must be able to easily edit, add or remove any saved location. It must have prompts to remind the user to add detailed information to the location as well as push reminders to ask the user if they have any upcoming trips that have not yet been reserved.
