Sometimes this client is non verbal and is learning ASL (American Sign Language) to help. However when in public communication is still a challenge since most people do not know ASL. Some text-to-speech keyboards and programs exist however it is still fairly slow to type out all the words you want to say. Your task is to design a program where you can quickly compile a sentence and then have it say it outloud.
