There was need for a functional and cost-effective hydroponics system in a greenhouse that would be easy to use and maintain and provide food for 4-5 people. We designed a drip hydroponics system to solve this problem. The expected building cost of this system would be $79.30. The trickiest part of our design is arguably controlling the flow rate and ensuring all plants get equal amounts of nutrient solution.
