Our team has collaborated to conceive a prototype jig to help our clients at Ambico with a highly tool-specific task. The clients needs included a jig that allows for easy installation of their flush bolts. We have come up with a solution that addresses all client needs and specifications while keeping the budget light. Their needs included a jig that was simple to use, precise, and was accurate in the centering of the flush bolt cut out. Our given budget was $50, and was one of our biggest constraints in meeting our clients needs.
