(FR) La compagnie GBS (General Bearing Service Inc) a eu besoin d'un produit pouvant identifier le numéro de série d'un roulement possiblement brisé à partir de photos. Notre prototype est formé d'une entité physique facilitant la prise de photo du roulement. Ensuite, l'entité logiciel, programmé avec le langage Python, analyse cette photo, mesure les dimensions nécessaires et trouve les roulements qui correspondent en cherchant parmi une base de données. 
Le programme est modulaire et bilingue.

(EN) The company GBS (General Bearing Service Inc) needed a product that could identify the serial number of a possibly broken bearing from photos. Our prototype is made up of a physical entity making it easier to take a photo of the bearing. Then, the software entity, programmed with the Python language, analyzes this photo, measures the necessary dimensions, and finds the matching bearings by searching through a database. 

The program is modular and bilingual.
