Over the last 12 weeks our team has been working to create a research building for the AOPFN Guardian Program. During the initial stages of the design process, we took our client's needs and interpreted them to come up with potential design concepts. After our brainstorm, we narrowed down our ideas and came up with a conceptual design from, which we have created 3 prototypes. Prototype I consisted of an 2D AutoCAD floorplans, prototype II was a 3D model on SolidWorks and finally, prototype III consists of a physical print of the exterior of the building, accompanied by updated AutoCAD floorplans and an interactive website describing our process.
