We have been tasked with designing a board cleaning system for Growcer. Growcer is a modular hydroponic farming organization that strives to be able to bring affordable and manageable crop farms to rural communities. A byproduct of growing the crops using their method, is algae that builds up on the growing boards. The algae build up ultimately attacks the roots of the plants being grown, and our design aims to consistently clean the growing boards while reducing the manual labour time spent on said task.
