DESCRIPTION
 Our group will assist our client in preserving farm produce, specifically vegetables, in a cool state inside a root cellar throughout the summer season to prevent spoilage and root decay. Our team is responsible for designing and testing a new cooling system to maintain the appropriate cool temperatures within the root cellar's storage chamber. The initial cost of the snow storage is about 40,000 CAD$. So, the project needs large capital investment costs in the beginning.
